Bunpro Subscription Problem

Hi, I just know bunpro recently and just make account on 8 March 2022, and I subscribed to Bunpro Yearly $30 on 12 March 2022, i already put my card info and it says processed and my card was saved. The Plan already changed to yearly, But, my account says “Your subscription will renew April 08, 2022”. The time my trial date ended.

So, does it means that my account cannot get the $30 price? Will my card charged $50 because the payment will be processed next month? I subscribed on 12 March 2022 because I wanted to get the $30 promo. I write about this on feedback yesterday and emailed today but haven’t got any reply. So I’m asking here. Thank you!

All trialing subscriptions created before the discount ends will get the discounted price :+1:
