Same, I was just reading this post like “oooh yeah I could do with that info/deck” and then saw the date. Whats the name of the book that you got? If there isnt a deck, maybe I can get something online?
Common Japanese Collocations by Kakuko Shoji. I actually found a collocations deck a while back and went through it (around 800 cards), but the book is way more thorough. Maybe I’ll just add to that deck, but I don’t really have the time to type up the whole book.
Just tried looking for that deck I already have, but I can’t find it online anymore. Seems to be gone?

Hello Kazue. We actually did finish converting the book a while ago. My focus shifted a bit so I left it dormant for a while, but did some more work on it over the past few months or so.
I actually added audio to two of the sections. They are done in my voice and I’m not a native speaker, so less than ideal, but I made sure to look up and make sure that the correct pitches were being used.
I’m currently going through the deck, correcting any typos and adding notes and pictures, mostly for my own convenience. If you want the deck as is, I can provide a copy. Otherwise, it could be a while before the final, FINAL version is ready.

@Edo9 if you’re okay with it, would it be okay if I uploaded the deck as a Custom Deck on Bunpro so people that don’t use Anki can use it as well?

I’ve been working on a collocation deck as well since the custom deck beta began. I mostly just add any as I come across them tho, so a more comprehensive conversion of a resource like books like that would be great!

Thank you, im not really very good with computer stuff, I only have an Ipad and not a computer too. Perhaps I should wait for the final version, I am very distracted by new and shiny things, and end up neglecting my reviews hahah Im so glad you took the time to work on this though, it must have been so many hours of work!!!
