Crazy pace?

My biggest tip it to focus on learning an English keyword for the top 500~1000 by frequency kanji. Then learn vocabulary itself for the readings. Makes learning kanji at your level for your purposes much more accessible. Ultimately learning to write out kanji has benefits, but that does not become as necessary until you are trying to master at least the core 2200 and beyond.

i would never recommend to learn new grammar daily. only add new grammar if you feel like it and reviews arent piling up. as long as you do this for your pleasure there is no need to rush.
also keep in mind there are grammar points that are breeze to learn and ones that need alot of time to bake (n1!!!).

consistency beats intensity.
