I just can’t get the difference and most of the hints given for the first four are the same, there’s no way to get it right.

The explanation in the そういう lesson doesn’t get too much into detail, and I see how even understanding こそあど applied to tangible objects, this case might be a bit more difficult.
Just wanted to point out that every grammar point lesson has an associated discussion thread that you can access from the bottom of the lesson. Many times you may find others with similar doubts and detailed explanations, more centralized in a convenient place. In this case, this might help you
