リーチ = Riichi. An optional declaration in Mahjong when you are テンパイ with a closed hand. Meaning you are one tile away from a winning hand, and you haven’t taken any tiles from your opponents.

Mahjong is a really fun game. For those unfamiliar with it I can recommend playing it in the 龍が如くgames. There you learn all the rules in practice, without risk of losing real-life money while still a beginner.
