Reviews not loading?

Still the same blank ‘loading reviews’ screen here.

I just completed my reviews, or thought I did, because they came back up again immediately.

Still happening on my end, too. I’ve tried Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, and still getting the glitch. I’m off to bed but hope you can get this resolved. Good luck!

Hello, i’m having a slightly different issue but maybe it’s related. My reviews load fine but no matter how many times I do them they never register and I don’t get experience. When I go back to the homepage it says the reviews haven’t gone down at all.

Hello. I’m having a slightly different error. I’ve just signed up to become a member after having a free account and on the reviews section it is displaying “Thank you for subscribing!” and " Your subscription will end on April 20, 2019" and lists the various monthly packages available … but no reviews.

Trying to manually type in and go to the https://bunpro.jp/study page automatically redirects me to https://bunpro.jp/user/account/subscription

My reviews are loading, they’re just not being marked as completed. I go through the reviews, finish them, go to the homepage, it says ‘0 reviews’, but when clicking on it, it’s the same reviews again.

Using Chrome on Windows 10.

Hmm… maybe an issue with cookies in Chrome. Reviews are loading for me on my iPad and in Firefox (first time to use bunpro in Firefox today).

In Chrome however it doesn’t seem to actually log me out fully, as after logging out and closing the browser, reopening Chrome and then going to https://bunpro.jp/study it appears I am still logged in.
This could be the issue I’m having as I’ve only just become a member today.

But it’s working fine on my iPad so don’t worry :slight_smile:

Similar issues here. My reviews wouldn’t load, so because ‘study’ seemed ok, I did a few lessons and the quiz. When I was finished, my reviews loaded. Yay! Did the reviews, but the bar at the top says that I still have the reviews, but when I click on them, it takes me to the dashboard that says I have zero. Just went back to ‘study’ and keep getting the same lessons I did a little while ago.

Edit: Not sure if this is all part of the same issue or something different, but after replying, I clicked on the home button above the forums to return to the reviews page and had been logged out. When I went to the log in page and entered my info, I got this message:


Never had that before.

@Angela_Jo Thank you for your update. Are you sure that you have reviews? Usually if you click on Reviews and are redirected to the Profile page, it means that you do not have reviews. Or is the 15 minutes of not going anywhere only occur after you have clicked reviews? Thank you for your help.

I started the day with 18 reviews in an endless loop. Now it’s down to 12. Not sure if that’s helpful but somewhere along the way some registered as being completed.

Actually I realized all 12 were different from the previous 18, so they did get registered. But the new 12 are now in a loop.

Just wanted to say that my reviews now appear to be working.

Last night my reviews didn’t want to load either, but I didn’t report it because I was going to bed anyway. This morning they worked fine. :slight_smile:
