I’ve been looking for this grammar point here under N4 but can’t find it: JLPT N4 Grammar: のは〜だ (nowa~da) Meaning – JLPTsensei.com
Is it under another grammar point or would it be possible to add it?

You mean one of these?
Those two seem to cover one of the meanings but the other one seems to be missing. Take for instance this example from the page: 私たちは結婚を決めたのは子どもができたからです。Meaning “We decided to get married because we were going to have a baby.” Where the のは becomes “Because of X”.
I can’t remember that I have encountered this meaning for のは in N5 and N4 (and part of N3) grammar, and if I search for のは, I also can’t find anything related to this meaning, so this use of のは is probably indeed not on Bunpro. However, it could be possible that it’s mentioned somewhere as fun fact. Unfortunately, I have no idea about that for N2 and N1 as well as 75% of N3.
The link posted by the OP has that meaning.
The “because” your talking about comes from the から at the end. 結婚を決めたのは could simply be, “the decision to get married"as the topic. The " reason” we got married, where the noun reason is replaced by の like the first grammar point Neo mentioned
I would just take it as a nominalization. “Deciding to get married”… は
Wasn’t the OP asking whether that meaning is covered on Bunpro?
However, it seems like IcyIceBear answered the question already anyway. I should probably stay out when it comes to answering grammar questions
Nah your grammar links were helpful
Yes, you’re correct.
