The missing word is 結構.
トモコ:「お茶でいい?」クルミ:「はい、結構です。」
Tomoko: ‘Is tea okay?’ Kurumi: ‘Yes, thank you .’
The translation seems fine to me. One of the meanings of 結構 is ‘fine, ok, sufficient’. Adding more context to the example shows how one might reach a translation of ‘thank you’:
Tomoko: ‘(I don’t have much else to offer so) Is tea okay?’ Kurumi: ‘Yes, (that’s fine,) thank you.’
