Here, the answer bunpro suggests is hon(tree). Why though? It’s asking for frequency and where this tree came from
Because of the number 2 being written that way you can assume it wants a counter of some kind. 本 whilst meaning book or origin (not tree, tree is a similar looking kanji 木 notice the missing stroke at the bottom), can be used as a counter for long thin things, such as pencils.
So here this sentence is saying “I’m going to buy two pencils at the store”.
