Does anyone understand the conjugation for 居る in this sentence? I don’t think I’m familiar with it.

If I am not mistaken it should be the ん (Slang) (JLPT N0) | Bunpro grammar point.

You haven’t included furigana, so I think it’s important to clarify that the verb is おる, not いる, with negative form おらぬ・おらん.

From an online dictionary (居る(イル)とは？ 意味や使い方 - コトバンク):

お・る〔をる〕【▽居る】

「いる」の古風な、または尊大な言い方。
また、「いる」に比べて方言的な響きを帯びる。

「君はそこにおったのか」
「都会にはセミもおらんようになった」
