I believe you’re looking at the “E” deck version, which does appear to be the name of a place like 沼田市 in Gunma.
The "A "deck version contains the official card with the correct, typical definition.
The E deck vocab are all duplicates and are going to be removed from Bunpro at some point. Sorry for the confusion.
