How do I know at which level my item becomes “burned”? Does it become burned when the item reaches Master? Thanks in advance

When an item hits SRS 12, known as Mastered, then it will no longer appear in your reviews. You can achieve this either by studying it for awhile or under the item in question at the bottom of the page you can mark it as “known” and that will set it to SRS 12.
If you wish to study these items in the future, you can always use the Cram feature to specifically only do a quick study of items that are SRS 12.
