Might seem crazy but is it possible to make a switch in settings that changes position of the submit button during reviews?

Just another idea to consider: especially on mobile, possibly having a whole horizontal bar for “submit” (or in the case of flashcard reviews, a region spanning the width of the screen for “correct” and another one under it for “incorrect”).

The whole idea is to add on mobile. When I stay in public transport and hold my phone with one hand and hold the rail with the other it’s problematic to submit reviews. And if I use one hand I use only my left one.

Though they can be scripted, I agree. I use my left hand to do most everything on my mobile, so having submit and good buttons more easily thumb-accessible would be great!
It seems like gesture support has been added in the app. Adding gestures to mobile web would be useful!
