だとはかぎらない Alternatives

I wondering if someone could explain why these だとはかぎらない alternatives don’t work.
であるとかぎらない
であるとはかぎらない
だとかぎらない

とは is a more general pattern that is well explained here: とは — DoJG

As for why not であるとは instead of the usual だとは, my impression is that である is used with structures that would otherwise not accept a copula. Since とは is flexible in the structures it accepts, it’s not necessary to switch だ to the more uncommon and old-fashioned である.

But actually, you do see であるとは限らない in the wild (and I recommend you use the site to look up expressions any time you are unsure if it is actually used or not), but it seems to be used in really formal expressions or situations, which makes sense since である is quite formal.
