Android App Feedback - Bug Reports

Hi, creating a new topic to report andriod app bug to separate the web app and android app. Hopefully it will help the developer to identify the bug much easier.

Th android app cram for Jlpt do not works. Whichever Jlpt level I choose will have 0 item to cram but it works for cram path. Using Android app version 0.4.1+89

The android app version 0.4.1+91 now able to show the self study sentences/custom sentences in the example.

However, there no way to delete the test sentence via the app. At the same time not able to create the custom sentence.

The self study sentences/custom sentence that was deleted from the web app was not reflected in the android app. Even after doing the reset app data from the setting. It will still show the custom sentence example in the grammar point.
It will also appear in the review and after submitting the the answer the app will crash.

Recreating the same sentence back will still have the same error.

Adding, editing and deleitng the custom study questions has been added and will be released with the update.
Looking into the sync issue.

Thanks. I have tried adding the test sentence back in web then reset the app data in the android app. The review will always have 1 pending review. And when i try reviewing, It will show the same sentence twice and still have the same error.
So i uninstalled the android app and reinstall and reset the app data. And the pending error review disappear. Hope this help with the debugging.

@mrnoone The android app crashed whenever I click the submit when doing review. Seem to be similar to what happened previously. I have also tried the reset data but to no avail. I have also noticed that the app dash board review amount do not tally with the app side bar review amount. The android app version is 0.41+91.

I am having an issue with the android app where it won’t let me study my reviews. It just gives the message that associated data needs to be downloaded from the server and it may take a few minutes. But I tried leaving the app open alone, but open for a while and it keeps giving that same error. Also tried resetting the data as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app. None of that helped.

Same issue as JexieB (right above me). Cannot use the app because the review says it needs data but apparently doesn’t download it. The site works fine from the same device.
