Any ideas for sentence mining materials for N4?

According to Bunpro and Anki I’m N5, but as I have already stated I once almost reached high N4, possibly close to N3 Japanese. But had a burn out. I remember a lot somehow.

I’ve tried watching Shirokuma Cafe and I find it around 80-90% understandable for me. This is my ideal comprehension level. Any other ideas?

I haven’t read or watched Shirokuma Cafe, so I’m not sure how it compares, but now that I am most of the way through N4 grammar I have enjoyed reading NHK Easy News. It usually updates with new articles every weekday.

ETA: The caveat is that NHK Easy News is specifically made for Japanese learners, so I’m not sure it strictly counts as “native material.” It looks like Shirokuma Cafe is level 19 on Natively, so you could try checking out other manga around that level, like Shuzo Oshimi’s works.

Oh! I passed N4, and failed N3 too!

These are some I’ve done:
nichijo, usagi drop, dragon ball, shirokuma cafe, kotaru lives alone, yotsuba, amai amai Inazuma, Sakamoto desu ga, ice guy cool girl [female colegue], Blue Excorsit, Ghibli, D gray Man, Dungeon Meishi, One Punch Man [I’ll have to re try now, I couldn’t get the Jokes]and now Full Metal Alchemist

Games: Subnautica, トーム, harvest moon, Atelier. I wanna play Kingdom Hearts or sims next

Have you tried reading the example sentences in the vocabulary deck section of Bunpro? All of the sentences are written by native speakers with varying degrees of difficulty, so there should be quite a few sentences already available that are appropriate for your level.

What about the example sentences for grammar points? I also have tried to read the stories in reading practice.

Yep, grammar points as well! All sentences on the website have been written by native speakers or have been confirmed to be completely natural by native speakers.
