Title explains it. If I have a list like that I think I am going to have a better time practicing casual conversational skills

You’d like this as a Custom Deck or something?
Vocab Commonality is all pulled from the JMDict project, which we use for our Vocab database.
So theoretically we could somewhat easily create a Common Deck with Deck Import Tool and JMDict IDs.
I had multiple attempts at creating such a deck, but discarded them again. The reason is, that it’s very time consuming to pick the correct vocab entry when it’s ambiguous to the importer.
However, I noticed that regardless of which source I choose for “common” vocab, they largely overlap with most core decks out there.
On the community decks, there’s this deck made by Jake, which I’m currently using as a rough guide for which words to add next: Core 4k | Bunpro - which also largely overlaps with my attempts of importing other core lists such as JMDict or Kaishi - but this one is way better quality than what I’d manage to create on my own.
If you just want to learn by “common” / “useful” in every-day speech, I recommend just using that one. Or importing Kaishi, or whatever core deck is out there. They all feature more or less the same words anyway.
