App Reviews not working

Hey All,

Anyone else having an issue with the mobile app not allowing native reviews?

I have tried a “reset data” under the general settings but that never finishes, I have done an uninstall/reinstall from the android store and I have cleared all app data and tried to login/logout.

The only thing I can see is that when I install the app I have a red text saying that I am an internal user and the app may be unstable but I cant think of anything else that would cause this. I am on the latest version

UPDATE; Forgot to say this is on a pixel 6 pro running Android 13

You’re not the only one with that trouble. All I’m getting is a grey screen when trying to do reviews on the app.

App version: 0.3.3+39

Device: motorola one hyper

OS: Android 11

UI Language: en

Hey!
Could you try doing reviews (and if it does not work) go back one screen and try to send me a bug report (there are logs attached so it makes the debugging process easier).

The reset data had some issues during last 24 hours, could you try resetting once again?

I am working on the issue!

I still have the same problem and I’m still getting the email application isn’t installed issue. :frowning:

I can’t even get the app to load for me anymore, since the last 24 hours or so. When I try to open it, I just get the 文 splash screen. Android, latest version afaik. So I can’t even get to a bug report and reset data (besides uninstall which I haven’t done yet). Maybe related issue?

The grey screen bug should be fixed the next time you open the app (or if it’s already open, use pull to refresh function on the dashboard) and let it sync (which takes like 1sec on start up).

@mrnoone my app is still stuck on the splash screen when trying to open, even after reboot. Should I make a separate thread for that issue, or just try uninstalling the app and hope it resolves itself?
