Are feedback, suggestions, etc. being resolved lately?

I sometimes click that little button to give suggestions, report bugs, etc. in Bunpro. I was having a good experience with getting responses, resolutions (corrections) or pointing out of my erroneous suggestions for a while, but lately my feedback is just sitting in a queue.

Is anyone else noticing this? My oldest waiting is 30 days. There are two or three more (1-2 weeks old).

Seems to be getting handled. Because we get thousands or feedback each month we generally handle anything critical first, then tackle fixes/suggestions after that.

Stuff that is better done in batches for efficiency doesn’t get marked resolved until it is handled (audio changes, more complex translation adjustments, alternate answers etc).

Unfortunately we get a lot of feedback that a simple google search, question on the forums or chat with a teacher could solve and while we do our best to answer those where we can, they tend to take the lowest priority spot.
