Currently I’m just studying N5 Grammar and Vocab and going through their decks. But I’m only about 400 cards through with the vocabulary but I’ve gone through the entire N5 Grammar Deck. (Still reviewing it though) I want to start incorporating the N4 Grammar but i’m scared it might overwhelm me with the reviews and all. So I wanted to know when you guys felt ready to move on to another deck.

Doing a full vocab deck will always take much longer than the corrosponding grammar deck, so that is completely normal. You just have to choose if you want to focus on learning more vocab or more grammar.
If you want to continue doing grammar lessons, I would recommend trying to use the new vocab coverage widget recently introduced to the grammar pages, as opposed to using the vocab decks. That way you will focus on the vocab that is actually used in the example sentences. If you notice a new grammar point has a lot of missing vocab, you can always slow down and first add the vocab and do the grammar point the next day.
Always stop doing lessons if you notice you are doing more reviews in a day than you want to.
