から / because after スポーツをした

The Bunpro grammar info says that when using から after a noun, you need to use だから.
One quiz question is:
スポーツをしたから、 暑いです。
Now isn’t した / tomorrow also a noun? Why is there no だ needed?

You are thinking of あした(明日).
This sentence uses the verb する (to do) in the past tense (した). :wink:
