Yes, they are. We have only released this first batch. Some users probably can buy all the items {~500k points).
However the estimates for total shop price once we release everything we have planned is between 2.5 and 4m points.

I love love love love this update SO MUCH!!
(Let’s put aside the fact that I have spent my entire break from work looking at the shop instead of doing my reviews ehehhe)
This is awesome. Dat Osaka background
Just be careful with the video game themed items… we don’t want Nintendo’s lawyers coming after you guys!
Absolute scenes over in Osaka at Bunpro right now.
Okay but where 御堂筋線メナス title
Amazing work folks, I am possibly BunPros biggest glazer and now I have even more glaze for my glazing.
Amazing update! Thank you very much for your constant hard work!
I’m just curious about one thing: why exactly doesn’t “marking mastered” give you B-Points? I understand that the intent is to reward studying, but having mastered something implies that the studying has already happened, just not here.
In my case, I didn’t immediately start learning japanese with Bunpro, so I already had mastered a lot of n5 and n4 grammar, which makes this a bit disappointing.
Could we maybe get a smaller reward that still acknowledges actually using Bunpro to study? I would have marked even more as mastered if I hadn’t been extra careful not to forget some grammar points
(It might be worth mentioning that despite marking as mastered, I still “studied” every grammar point in its entirety, I didn’t mark it right away.)
Also, I’m happy I had checked out the accents and changed to “seafoam” a few weeks before this update dropped, so I don’t have to pay for it now
Make sure to add the “Maidenless” title.
As someone that uses this line almost exclusively, I do believe there is a high possibility you may have seen me before . Also, I also want that title
.
Hey, smurfing is not allowed!
Incredible update! Already spent all my points, guess I’ll have to grind again!
Please add “I love Sapporo” or “I love Hokkaido” as i am genuinely in love with Hokkaido and Sapporo
i’ve been dying to change my avatar for awhile, so I’m super excited about those coming soon
Very cool. I stumbled upon this update last night an hour or two before this post and thought I had ended up in some alternate dimension. I 99% of the time use the mobile app version and just thought I must’ve missed this feature on browser!
I am humbly requesting a forum lurker title of some sort be added to the shop. Wouldn’t have anything to do with me, though.
The “badges” and “xp” have always felt completely extraneous and disruptive to my learning process. at least this update adds a toggle to hide it all from your homepage…
why do they call it “gamification” if it’s not fun, anyway?
I love this update and can’t wait to spend my points! I would love to request an axolotl icon (I dont know the right terminology - sorry) but specifically to look that the “only 3 brain cells having pink build a bear version”. He is my adopted child and I am obsessed with the pink little freaks. Thank you! XX
Cool. Add selectable Haruna’s voice in grammar points and I’ll buy a second lifetime.
I see the stats page on my profile now includes stats for vocab. That’s a nice addition. A possibly unintended side-effect however is that my new grammar and vocab are dwarfed by the days I sync my Wanikani info to Bunpro.
For me, doing four or five new items on Bunpro within one day is an above-average achievement. Previously, those days would be appropriately highlighted in my stats like trophies of my passionate toils. However now all I can see is lightly shaded patches of self-pity sitting in the shadow of the Wanikani-sync-days, because those days have 200+ new items.
It looks like the grammar-only graph scales to the same metric, even though I don’t believe I have any days on which I’ve done more than 13 new grammar items.
May have… gone a little overboard…
I love all the titles! This feature is so fun!
Where is the French flag pin
In ancient Greece, both learning and playing used the same word: ludus
Extrinsic motivation, even if it doesnt work for everyone, makes learning more efficient.
But I really like that you can turn it off. Duo***** pushes its gamification to the point you can’t continue if you fail a little, so you end up not wanting to take risks.
