Can anyone get what is being said here?

I know this has English subtitles, but I find listening to audio and translating it myself word for word is pretty helpful. From 43 seconds in, I can hear:

ゼロ少佐は一昨日軍に拘束されたは彼には

And the rest of that sentence sounds like gibberish to me. Are any of you guys able to understand up to 50 seconds? After that, the rest of the video is pretty easy to understand, but this one line has been driving me crazy.

少佐(しょうさ)はどうした？
ゼロ少佐は一昨日(おととい)軍(ぐん)に拘束(こうそく)されたわ。
彼には国家反逆罪(こっかはんぎゃくざい)の容疑(ようぎ)がかけられている。
