This looks like orange juice but (someone said) it is not.
What is the datte bit? Is it a form of desu?
違う can also mean “to differ”. As such 違うんです means that something is different from what was previously stated. だって is a spoken form of だといった which means “(someone) said”.

Have you seen って as a shorthand for といった (and other variations)?
Here’s the breakdown of the end of the sentence:
違う = to differ
ん = explanatory, short for の
だ = copula
って = quotation
Does that make sense?
