Can’t do lesson review quiz on iPad app?

Hello, I was using the iPad app successfully for a while up until yesterday. Partway through a lesson review quiz, it kicked me to the “Done” screen when I still had more vocab to quiz on.

Now, anytime I go through a lesson batch and start a quiz, it automatically kicks me to the “Done” screen and doesn’t add anything to my review queue. Everything works as expected via the website. Wondering if anyone knows what might be happening here and how to resolve it.

Did it happen during review after using study or after normal reviews?

It only happens when trying to do a lesson quiz. At this point, it happens consistently every time a quiz launches after a lesson batch.

If the app is acting up try using Bunpro via the website on Google Chrome (idk if safari also works). That helped me when the app was causing weird problems in the past.

Yeah, the web version works. But the app is such a smoother experience on an iPad, I’d love to get it working again if I can.

I have just tested this on my iPad using the app, and doing reviews from the lesson section (not the review pile) it seemed to work for me so hopefully the issue has been fixed?

Thanks for checking. It’s still happening on my end. I even deleted and reinstalled the app, but no change. It almost seems like something has become corrupted in my account or something.

Unfortunately, it basically makes doing lessons on my iPad useless.

In case anyone else runs into this, mrnoone looked into it for me. There’s a bug that will be fixed, but in the meantime, you can manually set the items in the lesson batch to Mastered, then immediately Reset them to restore them back to SRS level 0. I also did “Remove from reviews” so I was able to go back through the lesson and complete the quiz as usual!
