As for me, I usually do not include my immersion in this forum, because I do not track the time spent on listening to music or other short means of getting used to the language, since I do not do that for the sake of learning, and rarely do I feel like it matters that I spent half of my day yelling USSEWAA or butchering other ado songs.

Mostly in my head, I try to do most things mentally to avoid dulling my brain. Adding three-digit numbers or using Google instead of ChatGPT for basic tasks at least gives me the feeling that I am not losing cognitive functions.

I use a calculator for this. I didn’t at the start, and I always had this feeling at the back of my head that I did it all wrong
