I generally do the math in my head, sometimes with a healthy does of guess-and-check. Occasionally I use a calculator if something’s not adding up and I can’t see why, but that’s not very often.
I think we can probably reach a million by the end of February. Even if we don’t, we’ll all be a lot further on our journey than when we started!

I kind of agree with you, @Boogaan. I try to avoid using AI for simple tasks too. But honestly, I think it’s totally fine to use a calculator now and then. We’re already doing plenty for our brains by learning a whole new language anyway (some even multiple languages).
I don’t know about everyone else, but for me, language learning actually saved me from the social-media doom-scroll brainrot.
