I am experiencing a pretty major issue with bunpro. None of my cards are showing up in reviews, even after waiting weeks none have showed up when they should. One day I was doing reviews, exited the app and opened it up and from then on there were no reviews.
I’m nearly done with n5 and a lot of my cards are definitely not mastered and at all different levels, and the begginer level cards are showing up as the next review in 7 months. The reviews say no pending reviews right now, and all my cards seem to be saying they’re going to show up at times in the future that are very far away and not typical of normal srs behavior.
I already contacted support but wanted to post here about it too because I really don’t want to have to restart with a new program or app.
Anyone else experiencing these issues?
