Hello!
I’m having a funny issue.
For some reason, when I want to look at the deck page (or any page other than review or dashboard) it is presenting as logged out.
I am not very smart and have tried various passwords to log back in to view decks. When I navigate to dashboard, I am still logged in. Anyway, the reason I’m not smart is that none of the passwords seem to be correct.
So anyway, I received the following email:
"Hello ~~
Your account has been locked due to an excessive number of unsuccessful sign in attempts.
Click the link below to unlock your account:
(link)"
I click the link. It greets me with the message:
“Resend unlock instructions
Unlock token can’t be blank”
And prompts me to input my email to receive unlock instructions. So, I do.
And I receive the following email:
"Hello ~~
Your account has been locked due to an excessive number of unsuccessful sign in attempts.
Click the link below to unlock your account:
(link)"
And so on and so forth.
To add to it all, I’m still logged in on my dashboard…
But when I go to my settings, it prompts me to log in again.
Anyway, I’m worried the system will catch up with me and I’ll be logged out of my dashboard soon, but I’m stuck in an unlock loop. Can anyone help me?
ETA: actually I used the “forgot password” function to bypass it but the whole thing was still very odd.
