Confusion with じゃなくても in ても lesson

image
Even if the "でも” directly after ”じゃなくても” disappears, I feel like the sentence’s meaning doesn’t change. Hell! I kinda feel じゃなくてもでも sounds kinda clunky.
But I am novice at this language so I wanna clear this up before I move on. Help?

Thanks for pointing this out!, It appears to be an error. (Will fix it now)

The correct sentence is-
野菜は好きじゃなくても食べたほうがいい。

野菜は - As for vegetables
好きじゃなくても - Even if you are not fond of them.
食べたほうがいい - It is best to eat them.

The only thing that I may personally change (although both are still fine) is 食べたほうがいい, to 食べるほうがいい。For things that are common knowledge/general opinions that most people share, dictionary form works well.
