Confusion with sample sentence with だけしか

Hello,

I am confused by this sentence in N3 Lesson 6: 13/24.

この中ではタケシだけしか上手ではない。他はみんな結構うまい。

Bunpro’s translation is:
In this group, Takeshi is the only one that isn’t good. Everyone else is considerably skilled.

But given my understanding of しかない, wouldn’t that on the contrary mean that Takeshi is the only skilled person in the group? Apologies if I am misunderstanding it!

You’re not the only one.
だけしか ~ ない grammar point has a mistake in the example sentences? - Bunpro - Bunpro Community
@Asher Seems like Bunpro team is slacking :sunglasses:
Also, I personally would like a clarification if the double ない in the second sentence is a typo or actually something legit (and request a fix in the first case).

This was fixed ages ago, must have reverted to the old state with some kind of database update. I’ll talk to the dev guys and see what happened!

@Keat17 your understanding is correct, this sentence is indeed translated incorrectly.
