Why is the verb to die matching me with the grammar point for existing?

I think the answer should be '死なない’ maybe haha, and isn’t nai the negative of aru, right? Not sure to be honest but your answer says ‘I will die today!’ haha.
He’s referring to whatever that grammar point for 死ぬ is (it’s probably the verb conjugation grammar point) being matched with が有る grammar point. Check the bottom of the screenshot he posted. That’s not supposed to be there.
Oh right, interesting. Wonder what’s gone wrong here then! I guess the grammar point should just be negative 5だん conjugation then…
