Cram is not working

I have been trying to use the cram feature on several devices and browsers, but whenever I try I get a blank page that has We’re sorry, but something went wrong. on it. When I try the app it just crashes. Is this a normal or is there a fix I could try?

The cramming function works like a charm for me, so it’s not normal that it doesn’t work for you at all on different devices and browsers. I sadly can’t help you though.
