I saw this recently in the iOS app, albeit only once.
The link was highlighted in blue, which stood out because you don’t usually see that highlight colour in an example sentence during a review.
And when I tapped on it, it opened a browser to the grammar point explanation. (A different grammar point, not the one currently being reviewed)
I’ve known that was possible in the web app for a while but hadn’t seen it in the iOS app until now.
But I haven’t seen it again since!
