Different number of pending reviews in app and in website

Why is the iOS app displaying a different number of pending reviews that the webapp?

Have you deactivated ghost reviews in the webapp? For me that was the difference why the iOS app displayed a higher review count.

I’m using Android and I also been getting different review count and ghost count than the webapp for weeks. I disabled ghost reviews and it’s the same. Another weird thing is that after disabling ghosts they keep appearing on the dashboard, but if I click for more details there is nothing.
