I think my problem has surely been answered before but I’ve just purchased the hokkaido theme on the bunpro site but I can’t see it on the app and since I only do my review on it I’m thinking about getting a refund . If anyone can help or if these these themes are just available on the site is there a release date on the app.

fwiw not all themes work on the app it seems. My app also looks different from the website.
We are currently internally testing the customization in a new build for the app. It should be out very soon

Yep, when I go to B-point shop, my item, and Iclick on my theme I have a message “you can refund your item by the[…]”
