I synced with Wanikani but now I’m realizing that I much prefer going all the way back through the vocab with Bunpro as I learn best with their method. Is there any way to complete reset only mastered vocab, while having removed from reviews as well, so I can go through the decks like normal and come across them. My only mastered vocab right now is Wanikani vocab if that helps. Thanks, Hayden.
You can easily reset the wk deck through settings>reset>vocab>wk.
It’ll reset it’s progress to 0 and remove from reviews.
Take care not to reset anything you don’t want to
Thank you so much!
One extra question say I have already done some vocab through bunpro decks that may be in the wanikani deck but they aren’t mastered will those also be reset?
I’m… Not sure? In that case you should wait until someone who knows can answer if you don’t want to mess those up. I don’t use wk so I can’t say
But whatever it resets will be everything, not just mastered
Ok thank you, ill just wait a bit, if I really need to I can go through and manually do it.
Depending on how big your mastered list is, you could do it this way. Clicking here will give you a list of all mastered vocab. So if you only have wk in mastered, it’ll be at least a bit easier to do it manually
It’ll probably reset those manually added Vocab too!
That is the issue, is there an easy way to just go and reset only mastered rather than resetting the entire deck, as there are many items that may be considered from Wanikani that I first learned over here and that aren’t mastered, and I would like to keep my progress for those vocab and just fully get rid of every mastered vocab, as all my mastered vocab right now is just stuff imported through Wanikani API. If there isn’t an easy way I can just go through and do it manually, it will just take a while.- Thanks Hayden
Ahhh yeah unfortunately in that case, at least currently, manual resetting is the only option
↑ I can maybe add a way to do it right from here tho in the meantime
If you can add a way that would be amazing if not that is totally fine. Thank you for all your help. Have a great day! Edit: Just wanted to say how amazing the team at Bunpro is, I have never seen a team so dedicated to improving their product, and making sure the users are taken care of. Not only that, Bunpro also has one of the best communities, so once again thank you!
