Jokes aside, it is just an “idk” kaomoji. There are a handful that are randomly shown when the double enter to mark unknown is triggered.

when you double press enter you it marks the review of the card wrong/unknown I think

Just like @SoreWaMaichiru mentioned, if you hit enter or click submit two times quickly it marks the question wrong and shows the answer.

I do all of my reviews on mobile so must have accidentally double-tapped - oops!
