Is there a way to get English phrases first in grammar quizes (‘reading’ review type) so that I am forced to try to figure out the Japanese translation?
Bc for me that’s what I am struggling with most, not translating from Japanese to English. so would be really great if it would be possible.
This is just my opinion and some might possibly disagree with me, but I myself try to avoid translating, because I don’t do it when speaking English since I am not a native speaker of English.

Unfortunately that’s currently not possible. 
Could maybe be done by a user script.
You can however do it with Examples from individual Grammar/Vocab.
Could maybe do some drills by slowly going through some Decks?
