Experiencing constant connection errors when submitting answers to Cram questions

This only seems to be happening with Cram questions. I haven’t had any issues when submitting answers to regular review questions.

I click the “Submit Again” button, but it continues to fail to submit the answer. Eventually when I click the “Reload Page” button, it seems to go through.

It still seems to accept all of my responses because the results page shows the correct number of correct/incorrect cram answers.

Because it seems like it is still recording my answers, it’s not a huge deal. Just a minor annoyance, I guess.

Anyone else experiencing this issue with Cram questions?

It’s a known issue. I experience it on regular reviews as well. I usually just ignore it and it resolves itself, but I do hope it gets fixed someday.

Hi there!

Can you give me a session ID of the Cram session that is broken?
It’ll be the number at the end of the URL.
E.g. the 316854 in the URL https://bunpro.jp/cram/session/316854

Also I haven’t heard of this issue @lunchbox1, but we have recently made some changes to Cram behind the scenes.

Also having a similar issue whenever I do reviews on mobile, not just cram. After every review i get the failed to submit message.

Have tried different wifi networks and through mobile data, no luck.
Using the android version also

Cram session ID is 316870.

I have experienced intermittent connection errors before. But this is occurring 100% of the time when doing a Cram session. No issues with regular reviews.

Can you please create one for me that isn’t finished?
For very specific reasons, I can only test on a Cram session, I can’t create one for you :sob:

This should be fixed now!
It would have been affecting all users, intermittently.
Especially for shorter Cram sessions.

Could you try sending report using the app, after the issue occurs, go back to the dashboard and then open side menu using top left icon and tap on:

  • report a bug
