I reset all my vocab and deleted the vocab deck from “My Decks”. However, I still get vocab reviews. So, every day I reset my vocab, that deletes my vocab reviews and then I do my grammar reviews. But the next day I get more vocab reviews all over again. How can I stop vocab reviews from appearing? Thanks!!

Welcome to the forums! 
Looks like you have Wanikani Daily Sync turned on in the General Settings.
If you turn this off they should stop appearing at the start of each day!
