How can I enable ghosts for vocab items? I have a ton of question words that were given to me all at once and I am having extreme difficulty in memorizing them because they all are so close in translation to one another. I have seen ghost reviews for grammar items I have gotten wrong a few times but I don’t see anything for the vocab deck. Is there a separate measurement for creating ghosts for vocab deck cards? Alternatively, is there a way to postpone cards to prevent all these similar cards to be learnt at the same time?

Yeah. There are separate settings for grammar and vocab ghosts in the reviews section of your settings.
