Hey everyone! I’m just starting to learn Japanese and had my first stroll through Tokyo recently. Turns out my phone was accidentally recording, and it caught this short, interesting bit of dialogue that I can’t quite make out (a faint male and a female). If any native speakers or experienced learners could help transcribe the original Japanese text and provide an English translation, that would be awesome! I’m still in the early stages, so this is a fun way to practice and skip ahead a bit when time is short. Here’s the audio clip (just 16 seconds): [brief dialogue]. Thanks in advance—arigatou!
About 100 opinions should suffice.
Your take on the muffled 「もうね」 and the woman’s line as ‘we/you/I can go again/one more time. Is it okay?’ is really interesting—I’m early in Japanese, so this helps me practice and skip ahead a bit!
