Is there any way to cram a user-created deck without messing up my overall SRS/algorithm?

Yes, you can create your own deck, add the units and items you want in it. Then go to the deck settings and enable the “Actively learning” toggle button. Then go to Cram. Under “content to Cram”, go to the “Learning” tab. You should be able to see the custom deck you created earlier in the list. Select and add the items from it to your cram session.
