How can I delete personal notes from a grammar point?

I have deleted the text and now I have an empty note. The problem is that it still shows a symbol on the grammar overview.

Has this problem been resolved? I have the same thing happen to me

I would still like to know this. I hit it accidentally one time and now I’ve just got the symbol hanging around and it bugs me every time I pass it on the list.
