How does “I know this” work?

I passed N2 many, many years ago and am preparing for N1 next summer. Kanji and vocabulary has always been my strong suit, and grammar my Achilles heel, so I was really glad when I learned about Bunpro - it is exactly what I was looking for.

Sometimes knowledge of the basics has been less than ideal, so I’ve gone all the way to N5 and N4 material and am working my way through pretty steadily. Some stuff I know extremely well, and it doesn’t make sense to get all the streaks. If I click “I know this” does this mean that I will never see it again, or does it come up in the Ghost Reviews?

Yes, you will never see it again. It will be moved to “learned” state.

But I would strongly advice you not to use it for most grammar points (aside for maybe basic N5 stuff). I learned a lot even from grammar points I thought I knew already. Plus, if you really do know something already - you will just quickly breeze through it.
