How 'done' is each JLPT level?

Hi, I’ve finally been making use of my lifetime Bunpro subscription during this quarantine gap year so first and foremost I’d like to thank the developers for such a useful and centralized system to learn grammar that actually gives me some sense of progression that just sentence mining and reading/watching grammar lessons alone don’t (that is, thanks for fueling my SRS addiction).
I notice that there are only 26 N1 grammar points (which isn’t exactly of my immediate concern since, at my current pace, which I intend to slow as I get to grammar I’m less familiar with, it’ll probably be a whole year or two before I get to it). I assume there will eventually be far more. I understand that updates happen every now and then but I’m curious to know how close each of the levels is to being finished, as in, having all relevant grammar points.
I understand the developers are now focusing on N1. How long do they expect to take?

While there are only 20 or so points in N1, you could say there are closer to 60 or 70 considering BP’s level are verrrry comprehensive. Meaning a lot of what is in N2 may be N1 according to other sources. And what is N3 may be N2 for others etc. I can’t speak for their actual plans. But rest assured you are studying a very comprehensive list of grammar that takes many sources into account. Hope you enjoy BP

Outside N1, the levels are mostly complete. There might be some missing stuff depending on what other resources you use. Some resources also divide things up a bit differently (not only across JLPT levels, but also how granularly they actually divide the grammar).
