How many ghost review sentences do I really have?

My Summary page says “Ghost 36/37” but my Stats page shows 28 items. I guess the Stats page is showing the true amount, but where is 37 coming from?

Hey! The number of items shown could be off if you had multiple ghost reviews from the same grammar point, in which case only one tile with the grammar point name would show up.

You mean on the stats page, tiles are deduplicated? Because I see multiple tiles there for the same grammar point:
