How would you recommend starting a new deck?

Ive completed the N4 grammar deck and want to start the N3 deck - however my study still has piled up grammar reviews. Is there a way to switch complete decks without losing my completion badge / place in the N4 section?

If I start a new deck with it just combine all my old previously studied N4 material with the new N3 stuff?

It just adds the new grammar on top of what you have already, so your reviews will be both N4 and N3!

You want to separate it? If you go onto decks there’s a review button for each deck. Not sure why you’d want to but there is that option if you don’t want to review N4 at all.

I am studying primarily for JLPT purpose at this time, so I wanted to focus on the new grammar and leave the old stuff behind. My reviews are piling up as well

JLPT N3 doesn’t mean you will only get N3 grammar on it but rather all the grammar up until N3 combined so I think you might hurt yourself by not reviewing N4 content.

Ditto on this. Plus, a lot of times new grammar builds on points you’ve previously learned, so if the old stuff gets rusty it might make learning the new stuff harder for you.

Yeah gotta say I agree with the others on this, the reviews only pile up when you don’t do them, after they reach a higher SRS they hardly ever show up anymore (like every couple of months)
