Same problem, paid for lifetime via Paypal and it didnât update subscription status.
I can see people have been having this account payment problem with Paypal at least TWO years.
Is this ever going to be fixed? Or at the very least, put a warning sentence in the Paypal payments page to warn subscribers of this issue? Or pin a support note explaining the issue to the top of the community forums?
I find it baffling that a customer-facing payments function doesnât work properly for such a long time and the lack of warning of this issue, even for a small company. Itâd save enormous amounts of time wasted on support.

We do have a warning message on the PayPal subscription page but we will look to see if we canât make it more prominent or more clear that there is a delay.
